Monica was excellent! She was so thorough and answered all of my questions. This is my first time signing up for pet insurance so it was overwhelming but I feel rest assured after my conversation with her and I’m thrilled to have prudent insurance for my dog!

Easy to submit claim, long time to process
It was really easy to submit the claims (all related), but it took over a month to process the claims with only an email to say "hey, we're still working on it." I wasn't sure if the delay was related to my vet sending records, or if PetsBest is just behind on processing claims. A little more communication would've gone a long way.

Worthless
Had this insurance since we registered our dog and denied because they say it’s pre-existing. I have since learned that this is one of the worst insurances available even if they did honor their contract. What a scam.
