A company I feel confident to provide my pet with the coverage he needs.
Hi, I am new to the Fetch Pet Insurance family. As I only signed up today, I can only comment on my agent Megan Hampton. Megan has excellent communication skills and was very knowledgeable about the coverage for my pet. As I am not happy with my current insurance provider, it was a joy to speak with her. I believe I am getting the coverage that my pet needs and feel confident moving ahead. Thanks Megan!

1 Needs improvement
1. 4/5 times I try to upload information, I get a message that it the site is down. 2. It is also hard to see what information is loaded- so I don't duplicate when I upload 3. Several claims were denied because Jordan had a prior condition- inconvenience. However, her inconvenience was an issue- it is the Lasix that is causing the leaking now. Where do I dispute the claim denial or even talk about it? I have been in insurance for 40 years. . . Not thrilled with process.

I used to have another Pet Ins
I used to have another Pet Ins. company handling my pet insurance but every year prices would go up and up until I couldn't afford it on both dogs. I decided to try Figo and so far I am pleased with pricing. Rates do go up every year but it doesn't seem as hefty. The only thing that is bothersome is that it takes about 1 week or little longer to know if your claim is going to being paid or not. Once the claim is closed you have to go onto your cloud to find out how much was reimbursed. The good news is that the reimburse usually hits within a few days if you have direct deposit. Overall, I like there service for my fur babies.

She didn’t try to rush through the details or push for a quick answer; instead, she gave me the clear, factual information I needed to make an informed decision. She was consistently respectful of my time and my concerns, making me feel like a valued customer rather than just a number. What stood out the most was how thorough she was in her explanations.
