The cost goes up as my boy ages, but with his meds and conditions, it has been worth every cent. Don’t hesitate to trust this company with the care of your fur baby.

Horrible service.
We had the worst experience ever with this company. Our first claim that we filed with them was pending for over 1.5 months. I had to call them to look at it. Recently my second claim has been denied without any reason. It was for a hot spot well within the coverage. Their support link on the website is broken and they just sent me an email notifying me of an 18% increase in premium. We have not had any claims with them yet not even met our deductible. So this is just a little random increase. Overall, stay away from this company. Failed me on multiple levels.
