Not worth the money or the hassle.
Embrace sounds good until you pay and learn that nearly every vet visit is not covered. There were multiple occasions where I was told by Embrace that they needed medical records to review a submitted claim. They would request that I contact my clinic. I would contact my clinic only to learn that my clinic had already responded to the original ask for embrace. This felt like a racket and was definitely a waste of my time. In the end, I spent more money on Embrace covering two 9 year-old dogs, then just simply paying the bills myself. Not worth the money or the hassle.

Don’t think about any other company! 5 stars !!!
My 4 year old dog was diagnosed with cancer. Pets plus us has been there with us through every step. I wouldn’t have been able to keep my baby boy alive if it wasn’t for pets plus us. I can thank them enough for being such a remarkable and caring company. I will forever be a loyal client.
Very nice customer service
Very nice customer service. First time I had to use it and it went fairly well since I didn’t know quite how it works.

Such a great pet ins company
Such a great pet ins company! They pay claims quickly and very easy to work with. Our yorkies are our children so we are so happy they are covered if something bad happens. We will always use Prudent Pet Insurance as long as we have dogs-which will be always!

Healthy Paws Preys on Senior Pets with Outrageous Rate Hikes
I have been a loyal customer since 2018, but recently Healthy Paws increase in my monthly premium from $124 to $346 a month for a single pet, which is unacceptable. For a healthy 13-year-old senior pet, the nearly threefold jump feels punitive, particularly when finding alternative coverage at this age is next to impossible. What makes this even more disappointing is the clear contradiction between Healthy Paws actions and their stated values. On their website, they claim: • “First and foremost, we’re pet-lovers. Everything we do is driven by our love of animals and our commitment to pet health.” • “Our compassion for animals… drives us to offer the best product and an extraordinary caliber of service.” • “Pet Insurance plans to protect your pet and your finances.” Yet raising premiums to such an outrageous level for loyal, long-term customers demonstrates the opposite of compassion and care. Instead of protecting pets and easing financial stress, adjusting my policy premium to $342 a month for one pet does the exact opposite. As someone who works in the pet care industry and spends every day in veterinary hospitals, I have recommended Healthy Paws to countless families over the years. Sadly, I can no longer do so in good conscience. This experience has completely eroded my trust in their company and what they claim to stand for.
