Great customer service
Great customer service. Easy to use App for claims. The reimbursement time started to slow down over the past year but my last two claim reimbursements were very expeditious! Coverage is great. Now, what can we do about those premium increases?

Good coverage
MetLife pet insurance has very good coverage and claim processing times have improved. The not reason I didn’t give five stars is because the claims process is a little cumbersome. You must download a claim form, fill it out, scan the form, and upload the scanned file. It would be nice is an online fillable form was available that could be saved to a pdf.

Excellent! The Best!!
Excellent!! Love Embrace. We have had Embrace since Joy, my 9.5-year-old Boxer, was 4 months old. In May of 2024 she was diagnosed with Degenerative Myelopathy. She went to rehab once a week for Hydrotherapy, Laser Therapy, and Acupuncture and it was very helpful in keeping her walking. June of 2025, she lost ability to walk so hydrotherapy was not needed and the 1.25-hour drive to rehab was becoming too stressful for her so we changed to a mobile vet for in home acupuncture and laser therapy. It helps her so much, Embrace is a big help and I am so glad Embrace is here for us during this difficult time. Being insured with Embrace makes it so much easier and gives me peace of mind that I can give Joy the best. To submit a claim is so easy; I submit my claim every week and the claim payment is in my bank account within 3 days. I cannot imagine not having pet insurance and, in my opinion, having Embrace is the very best. Embrace has great customer service and I have NEVER had an issue; I Love Embrace Pet Insurance.
