Trupanion is the best!
Trupanion has come through for us time and time again. Our Maxwell has had numerous tumors removed and I've submitted claims and they've been processed each time very efficiently. This is so nice to have this taken care of without alot of confusion during a stressful time when our pup was recovering from surgery. I recommend Trupanion to all my dog loving friends!

I am so pleased to have Trupanion as our pet insurance! At 10 1/2 yo, our Pepper is the sweetest dog ever. However, through her years she has had a myriad of medical needs, including knee replacements and cancer surgeries with therapy. The key was to put her on the insurance right when she became ours at 3 mo. There were no pre-existing notes, and everything that came up was covered. We chose 90% coverage/10% our payment with no deductible. In the beginning, the monthly payments were quite small and they have since grown through the years, along with her age. It is still worth it, because Trupanion has made those tough decisions very easy to make, thus resulting in our sweet Pepper’s good health. They have covered everything, with no complaints, and pay directly to our Vets (one being her GP, another her Oncologist). I recommend Trupanion whenever I get a chance! What a positive difference they have made in our lives! If you do decide to use Trupanion, please use my name as a reference!

DO NOT INSURE WITH THIS COMPANY !!!!
DO NOT INSURE WITH THIS COMPANY !!!! I have been waiting 8 weeks for reimbursement They take your premiums but do not have the staff to deal with the claims - last time I claimed it was 3 months before payment - all you get is authomated messages saying we are working on your claim - my vet wont claim so I pay first and all because they are so slow at paying - I wont be renewing with this company again - I made a formal complaint today and was told it would be 8 weeks for the complaints team to contact me - JOKERS !!! Save yourself the stress and use another company - my other dog is with pet emporium - they pay out straight away and premiums are cheaper !! Mrs fawcett - unhappy with the service

This is a SCAM!!!
I submitted a claim I. December 2021 and they gave me the run around for months and then it just stopped. I didn’t get money back for My claim even though they say that I’d be getting back $151.00 that’s a lot of money to just say “whatever” to so I followed up with emails that didn’t get responses. I called and was told it would be a few days and I’m convinced this is all a scam. I haven’t seen this money for 7 months now but they keep taking my money each month. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS SCAM!!

Pros- competitive pricing Hate to be the only one that had a first bad experience due to their technology Excellent customer service Tried filing my first claim- their technology is horrible Spent a lot of time w customer service - extremely helpful-who tells me they’ve updated their website and are experiencing glitches She put in a ticket to get it fixed as I’ve tried 3 times to file a claim Let her know that if they can’t get it fixed I’ll be looking for another vendor I hope they can get it fixed as I’ve got several claims
