Want to share my customer experience with Fetch. I have been with PetPlan/Fetch for six years. Like all things the monthly premium has went up. I did not want to leave this company, but I almost did. I called to cancel my policy and Gina B gave me excellent information. As a result of this, she gave me two quotes that I was able to continue with your company. I had to call back for additional information and got to speak to Adam Altman. With both of these customer service representatives, they showed empathy and respect. I have recommended this company to others for years. I never had an issue with my claims going through when they met the criteria. So. thank you, Gina Blair and Adam Altman - a job well done. If you want to fight tooth and nail for…
If you want to fight tooth and nail for the coverage you're paying for and have your pet recieve differential diagnosis from unqualified claims adjusters here is the company for you. This company has covered exactly 1 of my claims without requiring weeks of appeals and letters from my vet. They have a very fickle definition of "pre-existing" and "wellness" vs "illness" which they use to pay as little out as possible. They will not piecewise invoices. Instead if they find they can possibly reject one line item on a 20 line item invoice they will reject the entire thing. I have had pet insurance through different companies for about 8 years now and this is the only company that I ever had this many issues with. I ended up filling a complaint with my state regulatory committee because it was so ridiculous. Please also note that embrace performs a review of medical records to identify pre-existing conditions in the past year. HOWEVER, they only do so once a claim has been submitted and it was abundantly clear that when I submitted my first claim, which was for an emergency visit, that they looked through my cats records with the specific goal of finding any evidence that the reason for the visit was for a pre-exisiting condition. To the point of using insignificant findings from routine tests. Furthermore they exercise the right to arbitrarily assign new pre-existing conditions. My cat tested positive for FIV when we went to reup his vaccines. Embrace used every single note of anything that could possibly be construed as autoimmune to indicate that he had FIV before the coverage period despite my vet pointing out that none of these "symptoms" are recognized clinical signs of FIV. in fact his load is too low to indicate a chronic infection. Embraces response was to tell my vet that she was wrong and assigned FIV as a pre-existing condition. They now reject almost every single medical claim from dental work to ear infections because "he has FIV". They wouldn't even cover the cost to test for FIV in the first place, once he tested positive, it was a "pre-existing conditon which they don't cover".

Olivia my 2 year old Yorkie had hemorrhagic gastritis. Pets Best had my back! Highly recommended. Making a claim was easy and it was approved soon. Staff is very diligent and friendly too.

This is scam
This is scam. I been paying $50 a month for my cat.My cat annual exam they didn't pay and my cat got sick stayed hospital for couple of says they didn't pay a penny. My monthly payments were waste I won't recommend to anyone. It's awful to waste money like this.
