After owning 8 dogs without having pet insurance
we decided to get a wellness and critical care policy on our puppy Mahlee. We have not been insured long but submitted two claims for wellness puppy care, response from the Pumpkin Team was amazing! I had some issues submitting the claims, a Pumpkin Team member jumped in on chat and took care of everything. Payment arrived that day in the form of an email. I would recommend Pumpkin Pet Insurance to everyone!!!!!

I have had good service provided from Trupanion whenever I have had to use them. I do wish that the range of coverage for some things that they say are not covered was though. As we all know that owning a sick or injured animal can be a very costly experience and every bit of coverage helps!

Trupanion has been absolutely wonderful for us! Having the $500 life-of-pet deductible helped us keep our Sabby kitty in good health for most of his 18.5 years.
