Very disappointed and saddened
Very disappointed and hurt by the lack of support from pets best. As new rescue dog parents- our number 1 priority is always to take the best care and provide the best care to our pup as she navigates her new life. This company does not lead with those same intentions and absolutely does not show much care for your animal at all. Very much about collecting money from pet parents who truly want the best for their dog. Very sad and hurt by our experience with this company. I never leave bad reviews… ever… especially coming from a customer service background. But this experience was absolutely awful.

My little chihuahua
My little chihuahua, Millie, has had two very expensive health incidents in the last couple of years and HealthyPaws not only processed my claims within a day or two of submission, but also sent a follow-up note to ask about Millie's welfare. They are very reliable and responsive while also providing excellent support and service. I'm happy to recommend them to you without reservation.

Pets Best gives me great peace of mind.
My wife and I have had dogs as long as we’ve been married. We’ve been through life with puppies to old dogs and we have some idea as to possible medical costs. When we adopted our new dogs, we decided that insurance would be a good idea. So, within days of adopting our dogs, they were covered. They’ve had their first wellness visits and we’ve received our reimbursement for vet expenses. We fully expect the wellness plan to pay for itself and we have the peace of mind that comes from knowing that future emergency or geriatric care will be covered as well. It’s really a good feeling.

I have been unable to sign in to review…
I have been unable to sign in to review my new policy, even after attempting to reset my password. When I called you I was put on hold for so long I gave up and hung up. Your site also pops up as “ASPCA” for which I had an account for many years with another dog. Are you the ASPCA pet insurance?

Troublesome Cancellation Procedure
I sold my home so had to cancel the policy. 1st of all they charge a cancellation penalty fee that I was not aware of and was not told of when I purchased the insurance with them a few years back. We have had several home and auto insurances with Sonnet since 2015 and loved it since Sonnet was easy to deal with and did not have a cancellation penalty ever. But now I was surprised to see that I have to pay a cancellation fee and what made it worse? That I received an email immediately after I cancelled my service directing me to call sonnet to pay the outstanding penalty and was threatened that I would be sent to a collection agency if I don't call and pay it! So I called sonnet the next day and after waiting for several minutes on the line, I was told there is nothing that I need to do and the outstanding penalty will be deducted from my credit card automatically! I used to love Sonnet but these past experiences made me seriously consider other companies for my next insurance policy. The best customer service is the one that does not waste the customers' precious time,
