Insurance is important, but a headache
This may just be because it was my first claim experience but it was frustrating how long it took to get records from my previous primary veterinarians. Being a veterinarian myself, it seemed ridiculous needing to check with them when I brought my dog in for a single episode of gastroenteritis. After all of the frustration of finally getting things in order, the actual amount covered was not as much as expected which was disappointing. So overall, I understand the importance of insurance for major incidences but something like this just seemed like more of a headache and inconvenience and wouldn't recommend.

Not overly pleased
I wish you had an app like Healthy Paws that made it much simpler to file a claim. You also take days longer than Healthy Paws to finish a claim. Another item not covered, but that may be typical. You may ask why I am not with Healthy Paws if I like them more. It's because they are not accepting new customers in WA State at this time. I hope you make changes to be more competitive in both price and service.
