My fur boys are in good hands with Trupanion.
Trupanion seems very caring and acknowledge my love for my fur boys. I had sent photos of invoices from the boys vet clinic but they were mistaken as claims for the boys visits but were sent to Trupanion for their records. Quickly resolved with a phone call and of course all is good. Cheers.

Pet insurance for 14+ years…
My dog has had insurance through Nationwide for 14 years now. I am glad we got it early on and always recommend to new pet owners they do the same. Based on my recent phone call with Coral at Nationwide, customer service is A+++++.

Terrible
The typical insurance company takes premiums and does nothing when claims are submitted. I had two claims that were in processing for more than 90 days. Not a positive experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere
