They do everything possibly deny claims. They stated hematuria is a previous condition and do not know the difference between a symptom and a condition. They need to understand clinical language and a symptom can and is directly related to the present symptom. Deny-deny-and hope you give up.

I uploaded SOAP notes and then you said you didn't have them. I had to upload them again and when I was chatting with a representative and I asked for a guarantee that these would just be seen, they just ended the chat.
