I am new to pet insurance
I am new to pet insurance, and so far, MetLife has exceeded my expectations. Customer Service has been helpful and responsive. Processing claims has been fast. This review is from a new user, two dogs covered, one is a rescue with a lot of issues that have been covered... so I couldn't be happier to have chosen MetLife pet insurance.

This company seems to take care of their customers, every time I submit a claim, they get back to me in a reasonable timeframe. It’s nice having a pet insurance company that I can trust and they seem to honor the policy without a bunch of hoops to jump through. Nice job.
