Our cat needed a long surgery. We were focused on her and concerns with a successful outcome. Our vet's office reached out to Trupanion on our behalf to give them the surgery details. Within days Trupanion emailed what they would cover - the majority of the costs. They are fantastic compared to our previous pet insurance. No lengthy, repeated filing of complicated paperwork. No exceedingly long delays to be reimbursed a mere fraction of the costs. Trupanion is a great partner when your pet has major medical issues.
