Thankful I signed up
I signed up for pet insurance thinking I’ll never have to use it. A month after getting Embrace we found a liver tumor in my cat. Filling a claim and getting reimbursed was very fast and simple. I did everything though the app in 4 easy steps. The claim was processed in about 3-4 days and received my reimbursement a few days later. I’m also very pleased with the customer service experience I’ve had with Embrace when I called to ask for questions. Everyone was very nice. I am thankful for the coverage I have for my cats and am glad I signed up with Embrace!

I was a novice with using pet insurance…
I was a novice with using pet insurance for our new puppy. This means not knowing anything about pet insurance or insurance coverages. After researching insurance companies we chose FIGO and various coverages. Monthly payments were made and eventually a need for reimbursement arose. Although the amount wasn't exactly what I expected the claims were paid and an agent explained the process in full. We have renewed our annual membership and have been pleased with our coverages.

Quick to set up, but not good
I went with Figo to see how they compared to Nationwide. I like their direct deposit approach to paying people back. However, the claim option did not work when I tried. I had to submit my claim through email and they did not cover as much as Nationwide. I am going back to Nationwide

I was going to sign up today
I was going to sign up today, but there was no policy on the website that I could review. I got a quote, and then was asked to pay the monthly fee. I need to see the legal document before I send any money or sign up for anything. I have no idea what they consider a "waiting period" and it seemed they pre-existing condition waiting period was 180 days. Not sure why people were not reimbursed or had their claim denied. What if something happens to your pet, do you have to pay for the entire year? Will speak to someone on Monday and go from there. Not getting a great feeling after not being able to read the policy and from the reviews on here.
