I had been searching for an insurance for my puppy before I got him. There are are so many it got overwhelming. Most were too expensive for me for the type of breed I have apparently. So Forbes compared insurances for me and found ManyPets. Haven’t used it yet but the price is more reasonable for me.

Responses or questions to claims are usually answered within a day. Just an awful experience dealing with Sonnet. All I want to do is update my address on my policy - but because they don't do anything on the phone - I have to wait for week-long delays on responses to an email. When I update my address it cancels the policy. But I was told in the chat I can update the address on policy without canceling? Tried that method and also canceled the policy. It's one of those things - I'm just tired and don't want to spend the time trying to get a hold of a human being.
