Pets Best is the worst
Claims take forever 99% of the time, prices go up significantly every single year. Horrible app, I cant say enough bad things about Pets Best, & npw I am stuck because his allergies are now a "pre-existing condition"

Customer service outstanding. Spend the extra money upfront and get the comprehensive plan. Take out the max with all benefits. Took my 2 German shepherds 8 weeks old and 10 weeks old to my lifetime veterinarian for their first visit . Received almost every penny back.
Wellness claim
It was a wellness visit, vaccinations and check up, very easy to submit using the app and tracking the progress of the review, once approved on the app I got reimbursed within a 3 business days. Great process overall
MetLife Pet Insurance is Awesome!
MetLife Pet Insurance has been a lifesaver for our 3 year old pup, who has some pretty bad genetics, apparently. (He has had Bladder Stones, bi-lateral Hip Dysplasia, food allergies, etc. during his lifetime - so far!) and MetLife has covered each surgery he has needed, along with all the healthy wellness "maintenance" stuff, to help keep him a healthy & happy dog. We are very happy with the coverage, and the Customer Service we receive, when we need to make contact.

Easy Process During a Difficult Time
Unfortunately my amazing Greyhound passed away just short of his sixth birthday. He was hospitalized for three days and the amazing team at the animal hospital did all they could to save him. I had insurance on Sully for just this type of situation. Without insurance, I would have had to make a difficult decision about continuing care due to the cost. I was concerned that due to the large claim, the insurance process would be drawn out and complicated. I was wrong. I uploaded all of Sully's medical records and billing information into the Pets Best online platform. All the claims were paid without any further questions. It was great to not have to go through a long, difficult claims process during a very difficult time. Thank you so much!
Coverage seems good-BUT ——
Coverage seems good. However, I had to fill in the form at least three times and at the end said something went wrong and would have to try back later. I am not pleased that two months, actually more than two months payment will be taken and the next month must be paid in addition to the two months. This is not like renting a house, it is an insurance policy for an animal.

Have been waiting two months for my first claim. Sent all documents requested and still waiting. I did have a good experience with customer service. Hopefully she will follow up like she said she would. I pay a lot of money for insuring my pets. Things should be handled in a timely manner.
