Submitting a claim was easy and straightforward. Processed and I had an answer in no time. It was approved and I’m receiving a refund. Medical care for our fur babies is costly and it’s great to have some support with the cost.

It was very easy to upload my vet bill and file a claim. It was processed and paid in under twenty four hours. My reimbursement was in my bank account in two days.

Did not pay claim
Pets Best did not pay a very straightforward claim. My dog's foot was injured. It was written in my policy that injuries like this are covered. I just requested to cancel my policy. I will just put money in my savings account. I spent close to $ 500 on insurance for nothing.

The website is too difficult
The website is too difficult. You asked me at the start what my HOME zip code is. Then at the end when I wanted to purchase, you asked me my BILLING address, but I couldn't edit the ZIP code and I had to hit back, back, back all the way to the start to change the Zip code to my billing Zip code. They should have an option on the check-out page to change the billing zip code.

Ease & Overall Excellent Care
Any time I've called customer service, I've been met with friendly and thoughtful care. I'm happy with the ease of submitting claims, the ease of talking to a human when needed, and the returns on my investment. I get the impression that MetLife cares about my dog and me, and that feels good.
