Super easy !
We have had Spot insurance for 2 years and we just recently needed to make several claims. Luckily our pupper came through just fine but we had several large bills. The claim process was super easy, we were able to upload everything online, and were paid about a week later. It was a great experience and so glad we had insurance in place.

Knowing my three cats are covered for everything that may happen in their life has been extremely reassuring. Uploading paperwork for claims is very easy. Communication if Fetch needs anything else is always clear.

"We have had a good experience with Pets Best. When we were looking for Pet Insurance last January for our Bentley...A English Cream Golden, we did quite a bit of research on the different insurances available to us and decided on Pets Best because of the selection of choices offered to choose from, as well as the positive reviews and we felt the cost was reseasonable. We have had to make claims a couple of times during this first year and are very happy with the claim process and turnabout time for reimbursement. Bentley is not our first pet, but insurance for a pet is. At this point we will probably continue with Pets Best. Of course we hope we will not need to submit anymore claims over the years but we feel so much better knowing that if we do, we can recoup some of the cost because Vet care is so expensive! i will end by saying that customer support is super!"

Both my pet's Peetie & Sophie are Spot insured
Both my pets are covered by Spot's illness & accident coverage for almost 2 years now. Looking back, I should've insured my 8 yr old CHI mix as a puppy due to any health issue developed before it's bieng covered by Spot is a preexisting condition. My cat was insured as a kitten and that is beneficial for both her and my peace of mind. Claims that are covered by Spot are quickly reviewed and if approved, reimbursed in a timely manner. Overall Spot insurance is a good choice for my pets.
