They're happy to take your money for years until a serious issue arises. Now that our family dog is recently struggling with vision issues, they don't want to help. Zero interest. Zero compassion. They even hung up the phone on us mid-sentence when they called us at around 5:00pm, near closing time. They must've had something more important to do than help an older animal in distress. As other reviews have suggested, it seems this place is all about generating revenue. Our old girl must not be a worthwhile revenue stream for them anymore at her age. Bottom line, find somewhere else to bring your fur-babies for help. This place is absolutely the worst, right when you need them the most. Shame on you. *Edit: After I posted this review, they did reach out via email. Unfortunately, it doesn't excuse their initial response, unwillingness to support an existing client of several years, and rude phone behavior.
