I am happy with most of the claims.
I am happy with most of the claims. I would have been a little happier if that could be included like it is with my FIGO premium with another cat.
My daughter was actually looking for insurance recently for her son's dog and I gave her Trupanion and Figo and they decided to go with the other just because it also had vet options and was about $10 less per month and some options included were as it would be extra with Trupanion.

So far I am not happy at all with initial expenses and your reimbursement so far. So I guess we will just have to wait and see. I understand my consultation fee ($153.00) with a specialist this week will not be reimbursed.

I am always amazed with the service and care that trupanion provides. They quickly renew claims and reimburse expenses. The app is so easy to use. When my puppy was hospitalized, they called me late at night to assure me that his tests would be covered and asked how he was doing.
