I choose this score because you guys are being shady and not helpful. Your tech was like talking to a wall. Very disappointed that you guys would not cover my recent vet visit because you consider it a pre existing condition even though my dog hasn't been diagnosed with any conditions....
I cannot tell you how amazing Trupanion is!! You have taken a very stressful time with my furry friend and made it that much easier to handle! Your staff is beyond friendly when I call, claims are acknowledged, approved and funded with an extremely quick turnaround, and overall you guys have been AWESOME!! You are beyond appreciated!!

I believe from my experiences that not covering exams do not seem to be the best for the client and pet.
I believe from my experiences that not covering exams do not seem to be the best for the client and pet. If not all the price of the exams at least cover a percentage. We do not know what other treatments the pet will need without an exam. It would make sense then to have the exam included in what you cover.
I appreciated email updates after Trupanion received my claim paperwork and how quickly the claim I submitted in December was processed and paid out in January.
