Not really sure. I have not filed a claim and so have limited experience with them. In my interaction, prior to purchase, I raised a question that was not fully answered nor was I given options to address the matter post purchase.

Oh what a relief it is to have lemonade pet insurance.
My sweet poodle dog Kylie was involved in a car accident and needed emergency care asap. She had to have surgery the next day and several follow up visits. This was very expensive care she needed. Every person I dealt with Vanessa, especially Britni and everyone else were all so kind and compassionate about the incident. Thank you all for what you do. All the claims have been settled and Kylie is back to her ole self again. Happy running jumping playing. I can’t say enough about the customer service I received. Great job to all. Thanks again.
