The BEST company I've ever dealt with, period!
The best part of dealing with Trupanion is that every single person I have EVER spoken with is so knowledgeable that I feel like I'm talking to the top dog supervisor of the company every time. Everyone is so nice. No company compares to the customer service of Trupanion. I uploaded a claim for reimbursement on Feb 23rd and it was in my bank account on the 25th of Feb. Amazing!!! I can't say enough great things about this company. I also love the fact that I can call 24/7, 365 days a year.

The process is extremely easy and fast
I've filed two claims so far for my kitty. A wellness exam and two vaccine. Lemonade covered 70% of each and paid out immediately. The process was the easiest it could ever be. I definitely recommend this insurance to anyone.
