I have been with Trupanion for 12 + years, and beside the fact that they have saved me tens of thousands of dollars, they have allowed me the peace of mind to know that I can treat my pets’ needs in the best manner, regardless of cost. And the customer service has been 100% amazing. I can’t remember a time I have felt disrespected or dismissed by any of the animal loving customer service reps. They have always been knowledgeable, competent and compassionate, which is so important to pet parents who have unwell pets. In addition, after months of research, I selected Trupanion because it was the most comprehensive of pet insurance plans…for any “catastrophic” condition, there is no limit to what they cover for the life of the condition/pet.
