They were there when I needed them them
They were there when I needed them the most. My previous dog had a serious reaction to his last set of normal, annual shots. Basically his red blood count plunged and so drastic actions were put into motion. Ultimately, these were not enough but most of the cost was covered. Payments were quick and the staff I dealt with were fantastic and sympathetic. Rebel had some of the best treatments money could buy and Trupanion was there to assist.

I got trupanion since my dog was 4 months old, and I can say the customer service and the fast claims settlement is outstanding. Trupanion help me and my baby when we need the most, I wouldn’t change trupanion for ANYTHING!

Easy to apply for the insurance
Easy to apply for the insurance and the forms were relatively straight forward. Would recommend, haven't had to use the insurance yet, but I hope they stand up to the same standards I expect.
