A good friend of mine works for Trupanion, and my parents also have been using Trupanion for my family dog who is about to turn 13 yo. When I got my golden retriever puppy, I knew this was the insurance to go with and have no regrets so far! Even though our vet doesn’t work directly with Trupanion, the phone app allows me to quickly and easily submit claims. They’re all processed in a timely manner with email/text status updates along the way.
