Well designed app, easy claims, and thorough, easy to read explanation of beneftie. Only minor criticisms of some app functionalities and slightly better explanations could be improved upon. But great overall.

Stay Away!
I never leave reviews, but if I could give negative scores to these guys, I would. The only good thing about this insurance company is that the reps you’ll speak with are super nice (they can’t help you - but they’re still very nice). My pup had a skin infection, so I submitted a claim. Easy, right? Wrong. They state that it should take between 15-20 days to get a response after you submit. No problem. On the 20th day, they tell me they need the entire medical and background file on my dog. No problem. Now it’s another 15-20 days. Just as were nearing the NEXT 20th day, I’m told it’s been denied due to it being “pre-existing” because it shows in our file that he had puppy acne. The rep told me I could contest it by going back to the vet and getting a written statement saying that it wasn’t pre-existing, but that I probably wouldn’t win - even with vet confirmation. I cancelled my account with them. If it was this much of a headache for a small issue like a skin infection - I can’t imagine the nonsense they’d pull for a bigger issue. I’ll put that $100/month into savings for future vet visits myself. Try them out if you’d like, hopefully you’ll have better luck with them then we did. Good luck.

We LOVE Fetch!!!
We are so very pleased we are with our policy with Fetch. When Vito started showing signs of allergy issues we wanted to do everything we could to try and work on them without going right to Apoquel or Cytopoint. Our vet has been amazing in helping us along this path with the allergy testing, allergy drops, Golden Link and the recommendation of CBD. And Fetch has been amazing in helping us cover these costs with our policy. The claim submitting process is so easy and their communication is outstanding. I tell everyone I can about Fetch and encourage them to get a policy for their dog. Thank you for being a wonderful company. Thank you for making things easier for us.

"Customer Service Hero" more like Customer Service Zero
Things were going great with the company until we had to renew our contract. There were so many problems and glitches with their system we were left without insurance and had to go elsewhere even though there was nothing wrong with our account. Not being mean but their customer service and IT department were COMPLETELY useless. I would NOT recommend this company if you do not want to fall through the cracks.
