This is my first time placing a claim with Spot. Every customer service rep I spoke with was awesome - I had horrible experiences with insurance companies in the past. Hands down - BEST pet insurance - compassionate team and easy to submit claims..
I have used Figo Pet Insurance for several years now. My previous dog had some serious health issues - and I added insurance too late to cover many of them, but some new ones came up that were covered, no questions asked by Figo. It was super easy to make a claim and get money back on expenses and procedures. When my dog unfortunately passed away, I chatted with an agent a couple of weeks later when I realized I was still paying for insurance and they backdated my account to the date I lost my pup and refunded money to me. They were so compassionate and willing to help. When we adopted our new dog last year, applying for Figo Pet Insurance was the first thing we did. It makes me feel a huge sigh of relief knowing we have it for whatever may come our way!
