We submitted our claims, and we got a response within two days, posting all the monies due us, and 2 days later our money was deposited into our bank account...I would highly recommend this company they are wonderful, and they are reachable even on the weekends...Would recommend them to everyone..It is so important to have insuranc on all our furry friends...

My dog Blue needed ER treatment for a ruptured disc in his neck followed by emergency surgery. My wife and I went through three very stressful and sleepless nights with our dog Blue having extreme pain episodes. TruPanion has been fantastic! You guys dealt directly with our animal hospital paying Blueâs medical expenses in a very expedient manner and took the burden of dealing with that off the table for us. Since our experience, weâve recommended TruPanion to three friends. You guys have been great!
