We had a subscription confusion…
We had a subscription confusion regarding my last payment, an error infiltrated itself from the beginning at signup, first payment, and was fixed promptly and we're all in track. I was taken by surprise that i wasn't informed prior to the changes it represented in my budget of this month. It was dealt with professionalism and courtesy.

Simple and effortless
Got a new pup and knew we should get him coverage right from the start. We had another pup we did have coverage for and through the years spent quite a bit of money for his care. Learned about Lemonade from the rescue we adopted our new guy from. It was super easy to get the policy online. Then 2 weeks later went for a preventive checkup and needed to submit the first claim. It was so smooth and painless! Money was in my bank account within 48 hours. Very pleased with our decision!

In January 2021, I enrolled in a health insurance plan with Healthy Paws for my pug, Oscar, who was three year old at the time. I was recommended Healthy Paws by a friend who has a Boston Terrier. This past January 5, 2022, after an episode of acute vomiting followed by several days of barely eating, Oscar was hospitalized at VCA West Los Angeles Hospital. He stayed there for five nights and was diagnosed with multicentric lymphoma which came as a shock to me. After the diagnosis was made, Oscar was treated with prednisone and an Elspar injection. Five weeks later, he is now in remission. Last January 26, I submitted his hospital bill to Healthy Paws. Less than ten days later, I received a check from them for a five figure amount. I have only one thing to say: thank you Healthy Paws!
