Relatively straightforward website, easy to get to adjustable parameters affecting the premium cost. Should be up front about (a) initial $12 registration fee and (b) additional $3/month fee if paying monthly instead of one annual payment. Should also include brief explanation of what vet info is needed and at what time (e.g. time of 1st claim)

Awesome experience
I was speaking with Justin, who helped me determine the best plan for our 3 little fur babies. He was straight forward, answered all my questions, was pleasant and not pushy about adding extras to the plan, he was very helpful overall!! We decided to go with Fetch as it had the best financial options and we liked the coverage it provides :) wonderful customer service, fast responses, and explained how to properly file claims. Would absolutely recommend to those looking for pet insurance!

Well that it takes a few weeks to kick in.
It was easy to sign up, pretty self explanatory. Hate that we have to wait for it to be in effect. We adopted a little one and do not know for sure her age or much about her history. SO, kinda makes it hard to answer some of questions. She is microchipped and shots up to date, as well as spayed.
