I’d give a 0 if that was possible
I’d give a 0 if that was possible. I bought pet insurance for my daughters dog because he’s getting older. They are such a scam. Out of over $1,000 for the claims she got $180. She’s should have gotten 90% of her claim which is the policy I bought. Such a scam.

Best insurance!
I have had nothing but the best experiences with this company. I’ve never had any issues with the claims that I have submitted. Recently my dog had to have a mast cell tumor removed. I submitted the paperwork and two days later I already had the money deposited into my account. And then I received a follow up email just asking how my dog is doing which I thought was extremely thoughtful. Overall great customer service.

Want to share my customer experience with Fetch. I have been with PetPlan/Fetch for six years. Like all things the monthly premium has went up. I did not want to leave this company, but I almost did. I called to cancel my policy and Gina B gave me excellent information. As a result of this, she gave me two quotes that I was able to continue with your company. I had to call back for additional information and got to speak to Adam Altman. With both of these customer service representatives, they showed empathy and respect. I have recommended this company to others for years. I never had an issue with my claims going through when they met the criteria. So. thank you, Gina Blair and Adam Altman - a job well done. Excellent online service
Everything was done online, and although not quite as fast as the 5 minutes they advertise, it was less than 15 minutes and completely hassle-free! And, $1800 less than my current policy!! Extremely happy!
