I really appreciate how quickly the reimbursement process takes when submitting claims. I’ve had a number of claims submitted with Figo and within a day or two the claim is approved and reimburse money is on the way to my checking account.

Easy process and super quick reimbursement!
We had to to take our 5 month old pup to the Emergency Vet last Saturday. Saturday evening I submitted my claim. By Monday, late afternoon, it was approved. Tuesday morning, my reimbursement hit my bank account. The process was super simple and I could not be happier with this company!!!!

My first experience
My first experience. My dog was diagnosed with Alopecia. We had the hereditary insurance. They denied my claim saying it was a pre existing condition. Did not cover anything ever. Talked to the customer service agent. I said so you guys do anything you can to get out of a claim?? He said, Yes sir!
