So glad that I have Best Pet as my insurance provider. The Claim was handled in a very satisfactory manner.

Our pup had pretty major surgery, they covered everything!! They continue to pay for her very expensive medication!! It's very easy to file claims, just a quick email. I recommend

FABULOUS! BEST EVER!

Fabulous! I had pet insurance elsewhere and it was bad! Embrace is amazing! I cannot express properly just how amazing! I had to put my dog down, and I filed a claim for his last ER visit. Embrace saw on the records I sent in that there were visits I did not file claims on, they sent me checks for those as well. They also sent a sympathy card that you soak in water and then you plant it in remembrance of your pet a flower/plant grows. Very kind!

Rejected valid claim after paying for a year

Paid for insurance for a year, tried to file a claim when our cat broke his paw, which was an extremely lengthy process and then was denied because they deemed our initial vet examination was not valid because it was done at the humane society, and therefore did not have to pay out for his bills. The whole experience leaves a bad taste in my mouth, why pay for insurance if you cant use it. We are dropping them and looking for a new provider.

Delays after delays

I've had ASPCA for 3 plus years. Since starting with them was great, no problems. Moving forward after the first year and I price increase of more than $20 a month just for the increased amount made the monthly insurance cost about $55. The 2nd year Covid hit and life changed for all of us. My insurance had everyone working from their home. I had 2 or 3 $100 or less claims the 2nd year. I emailed the claims into their office. They offer direct deposit when they pay a claim. After 3 weeks and no communication I called their office. Recording comes on and says due to Covid claims will be taking at least 30 days extra to process. I waited the 30 days for the 1st claim called had to leave a message due Covid. How convenient to NOT pay claims and use COVID as the excuse to withhold paying claims. Whether you work at home or the office only difference is an office verses a room in your house. If their employees had that much obstacles keeping them from processing claims the management should have corrected that. Moving forward it took45-60 days to get paid for claims that are minor. My policy is a $100 deductible with a 90% coverage. Now that Covid can't be used as an excuse and into the 3rd year I submitted another $108 claim waited 3 weeks and get a notice that the claims reps wants a complete medical history. Now remember I have only used 1 vet for 3 1/2 years. The insurance pulled this on the last claim during the 2nd year asking for medical history. My recent claim is the 1st for the new year $108 and they denied the claim because they could not get the vet to provide the history. My vet advised me they are playing games. They have my dogs history for the last 3 years and now look their excuse. I could have changed insurance but I gave them another chance. This year they raised my dogs monthly cost to more the $86.00 per month. My dog is not sickly and very healthy. It appears to me ASPCA is having financial problems and they use every excuse to not pay your claim and deny claims. Also ASPCA is not affiliated to the charity organization that help animals. I do not recommend this company. If you have insurance with ASPCA good luck as each year goes by you will remember my review and so will your bank account. BEWARE

Fully covered cancer diagnosis

Our 14 month old Golden Retriever puppy - Tango - was diagnosed with cancer this week. It tore us up emotionally. But ManyPets covered every last penny of our vet bills, all $6,000+ of it. No fight. No questioning. I just submitted the information needed and we got the email “We’ve Approved Your Claim!” Thank you for helping us through this. You were there for us when he was a new puppy and when the oncologist said there was nothing that could be done, you were there for us at the end. Everyone at ManyPets has earned our trust now and in the future. Tango thanks you. We thank you.

I purchased this insurance over two…

I purchased this insurance over two years ago. Last month was the first time I used the insurance because my cat was vomiting. The Vet send her home with medication ,she thought it was a simple stomach flu. I send all the receipts to Embrace and the doctor notes I received. It took over a month for me to receive a response from them because I follow up to see the status of my claim . I finally receive an email from an adjuster/ claimer reviewer saying that basically they were denying the claim because is vomiting is a “pre-existing condition” since they look at the doctor notes before I purchase the policy it was a record she vomited a year prior from me buying the policy. “Since when vomiting is a pre-, existing condition instead of a symptom. “They were only going to give me back around $150 because my deductible is 100 and they denied my claim so I canceled them think it’s insane !! so what is the point of having an insurance if they can’t cover something so simple ??. So basically your cat can only vomit once otherwise is a problem. I will not recommend this insurance company to no one, what a rip off.

Thank God!

I am so thankful that I had started Healthy Paws when both my cat and dog were young! Hooie, my cat just recently had to go to ER for severe case of crystals in bladder. After 2 days in hospital with special treatments, I got to bring him home. Then 24 hours later we were back in ER, but only for 3-4 hours. I am still thanking God for Healthy Paws! That total bill was about $2400. If I had not had the insurance I could not have afforded that bill and I would have hesitated about taking Hooie in… or, I would have gone ahead and the resulting ulcer over the bill would have sent me to the ER. As it is, my deductible was $100 and then Healthy Paws picked up 90% of the rest. So,so worth it. And, it is so easy and fast to get the money !
