It is not easy seeing your dog grow old and then show infirmities that accompany old age.
It is not easy seeing your dog grow old, and then show infirmities that accompany old age. We are seeing problems that could be orthopedic or neurological, or maybe even both. So, yes, we have been paying premiums for some time, but now when we’ve had a goodly number of visits to various vets, Trupanion has paid promptly And without questions on the invoices that have been submitted. We have made mention of this service to friends with dogs, and told them that, if they want to get pet insurance, they should definitely contact Trupanion.

I just really can't stand that you don't differentiate between wellness exams which are plantable and sick visits which are not.
I just really can't stand that you don't differentiate between wellness exams, which are plantable and sick visits, which are not. The cost of a sick visit exam should be a covered expense. I've brought this up to you many times, and you don't seem to care, especially when sick visit exams are much, much more expensive than wellness exams.

They never had a problem with claims and when they talked to an agent it’s was always pleasant. I decided to give it a try. Everyone I’ve talk to over the phone is professional and helpful.
