Claim processing and payment is terrible!
I have been waiting six months for my claims to be processed and paid out. My cat had to see a dermatologist back in March. It is now September! They have everything they need to process these claims but still nothing has been paid!

We are so grateful for Trupanion! Our baby recently needed major surgery, and Trupanion truly stepped in and took care of the biggest responsibility, the financial side. Knowing they had it covered allowed us to focus our energy where it mattered most: caring for our little one and being there through recovery, instead of stressing over bills. We love Trupanion! We’ve had it for 7 plus years since our 2 Pom’s were babies. Trupanion has been great!
