Pets Best Was There When Zoe Needed Them
Having pet insurance is one of those things you hope you never really need, but when something happens, you’re very glad you have it. When Zoe needed veterinary care, I was already worried about her and the last thing I wanted was to also be stressed about the claim process. My experience with Pets Best made that part much easier. Submitting the claim was simple, communication was clear, and everything was handled without adding more stress to an already stressful situation. Zoe is a huge part of our family, so being able to focus on taking care of her instead of worrying about whether her claim would be a battle meant a lot to me. The whole experience gave me a lot more confidence in having Pets Best coverage for her. You never really know how good insurance is until you actually have to use it. In our case, I was very thankful we had it when Zoe needed us to. ❤️

Bella is my moyen poodle. She is now 8 years old and we have been with Pets Best for that entire time. I am always pleased with the service when I submit a claim and I have never had an issue. It give a lot of comfort to know that if she has a health issue that we can get it resolved without a worry as to the cost as we already know our portion with Pets Best."

I signed all of my pets up for the accident coverage insurance plan after we got our Great Dane/Mastiff puppy. We had one of our other dogs get bit by a rattlesnake a few years ago, and I wish we would have had insurance then. Only a month and a half (if that) after I signed up, my 4 1/2 month puppy ingested a chunk of a dog toy. We went through surgery, in and out of ER for 4-5 days, only to end up with him septic and having to make the devastating decision to put him down, not even 5 months old. Pets Best came through big time. They reimbursed at the 90% after our deductible on all of the emergency vet bills. We could not be more grateful for that huge financial weight off our shoulders while also grieving our puppy. They even canceled puppy's policy for us once everything was processed through knowing he had not made it. Another "to-do" I didn't need to worry about. Thank you so much Pets Best! I am so grateful for your help during this tough time.

This company is dishonest and shady
They denied my dogs claim of a hotspot because he had an ear infection six years earlier. They said it was a pre-existing condition. It was the first hotspot he ever had in his life and we’ve been with them since he was a puppy. Once he turned seven, the premium skyrocket to where I had to add $1000 deductible so I’m paying close to $2400 a year just to be able to submit a claim that is reimbursable. I will be dropping them. Do yourself a favor and just take the premium and put it in a little savings account for when/if you need it. it will also save you a lot of frustration every time you submit a claim they want the full medical records and they rely on you to get it. Just very disappointed.

Four Years of Great Experiences with Pets Best
We have had Pets Best for more than four years, and it has been a really positive experience for our family. We first enrolled Kodak, our older Vizsla, in the plan. About a year later, we added Mia, our younger Vizsla, and as we have adopted more pets, we have continued to add them to our policy. We now have two dogs and three cats covered by Pets Best. Our pets are truly part of our family, so having insurance that helps us provide them with the care they need is very important to us. The recent claim I filed was for Mia's Revolution treatment. I submitted the claim on September 13, 2026, and received the payment just two days later, on September 15. The total bill was $152.60, and Pets Best paid $80.00 through our EssentialWellness plan. The whole process was easy, quick, and straightforward. The information was clear, and I could easily understand how the claim was processed and what portion was covered. I really appreciated not having to spend a lot of time figuring things out. We have continued with Pets Best for more than four years because we have been very satisfied with the service. As our family of pets has grown, we have felt confident adding each new member to our coverage. Knowing that we have that support gives us peace of mind and allows us to focus on taking good care of our pets when they need veterinary care. This experience with Mia's claim was another example of why we have been so happy with Pets Best.

I had taken my Alfie for his exam at his Vet's office and shortly after I got home I sent in on line his statements! There were a few questions, I then I attached statements and it was done so easily without any confusion! My check was in my checking account within 2-3 days! Petsbest is a company I can trust!
