I've had Pets Best insurance for about 4–5 years now, and my experience with them has been consistently positive. Thankfully, I've only needed to use the insurance a few times, but each time the process was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. Submitting claims was easy, and their team was helpful and responsive whenever I had questions. Most importantly, I received reimbursement in a timely manner every time, which made a big difference during already stressful situations with my dog.
