On Friday 2/24 a representative encouraged me to submit an invoice even if some items aren't covered. On Saturday 2/25 Angela was very helpful explaining that my claim (submitted today) likely won't register on the website till Monday

My cat Tiberius adopted us in Dec 2019
My cat Tiberius adopted us in Dec 2019. I learned later the lady feeding him and 4 other cats had passed away in April and he found us in December. We had him for 3 years and wished it had been longer. He had a lot of medical problems but you would never notice. He was a gorgeous big fluffy black cat who walked with a swagger. He had a tooth problem that was genetic ( this couldn't be covered). took daily thyroid medication, and eventually in May 2022 was diagnosed with lymphoma. He had chemo but we had to finally put him to sleep in September of 2022. Trupanion covered almost all of the cancer costs and every time I had ever contacted them were always so caring and kind. It made a difficult period much easier. Thank you!

Trupanion is the best!
We have been using Trupanion for a long time, covering several of our kittys, a few have had to have major medical work done. Trupanion has always been there for us with amazing customer support, super quick response time to claims! I would highly recommend them 👌

Healthy Paws is the best
The process to submit a claim was ridiculously easy. They kept me posted along the way of their review. The claim was settled within days with an easy-to-understand statement of how they calculated the reimbursement. The reimbursement check was received before my puppy had even finished his medications. Most of all i appreciate the care and concern they showed to me and my dog. a sick puppy makes an owner extremely worried and anxious. Healthy Paws took a lot of that away. I highly recommend them
