This stuff is a scam
This stuff is a scam. I first insured my dog with Fetch 3 years ago. He was 6 at the time, and in very healthy shape. He went for his annual every year, and had had no major issues. But, as he is 9 now, and age is catching up to him, we've had some issues crop up since becoming insured. I was under the impression that my dog would be covered for these issues, however, the representatives at this company are clearly instructed to find any even slight indication in veterinary records to deny your claim. In three years, I have paid thousands of dollars to this company in 'coverage', but I have not received a penny in benefits, as they will hack up your bill to the point where they only cover $11 of a multi hundred dollar bill, and therefore, you can never meet your deductible $500 in order to receive benefits. They will find any little thing in your pet's entire vet record to hack away at those benefits to ensure you receive nothing. I just input my latest claim today and I am looking forward, because it's just laughable now, to receiving the denial email that explains that of my $440 claim only $10 was covered so that's just $10 of my $500 deductible teehheeheee. They'll never pay you anything. Go somewhere else - trust me. I have no idea how this company has generated so many good reviews, but it may have been from before it was acquired by "the dodo", because I will say the assistance was better in the first few months of coverage and their agents were friendly. Now their agents just sound annoyed with questions, eager to tell you cheerily all about how they denied your claim and why (bs reasons). This company has not paid out any claim in three years. I would have been better off taking the monthly cost and putting it in a savings acct that I controlled, instead, I just paid an extra couple of grand to some greedy middle man so that they could act dodgy, no oversight, deny everything by only covering chump change on each bill, and offer no other assistance. DO NOT GET THESE GUYS. GO ELSEWHERE.

First time having to use my insurance great experience
This was the first time having to use my new insurance. I was unsure on how it was going to go however, it was a very nice experience. They were very timely with emails and with what they need it I was pleasantly surprised.

Pet Insurance Review
We were new dog owners when we got our border collie puppy nearly 4 years ago. The first two years of paying premiums I thought about cancelling it thinking we could just take care of things as we go. Then we had two back to back injuries ...one required an X-ray and the second one was stitches a drain and antibiotics. First injury was from jumping and second injury was accidentally cut on a fence chasing a stick. Both required Animal After hours care and both were under $1000. Easy peasy claims process and check was in the mail back to us. I highly recommend having insurance. Just takes one really bad story to break the bank. I hope not to use my insurance but have peace of mind that it is there if we have that unexpected $4000 situation.

THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD WITH A PET INSURANCE COMPANY!! They were not willing to cover any of the medical bills that were incurred for my pet's condition. They made their own diagnosis disregarding the doctors' notes, exams, and diagnosis they were given via the doctor and came to their own conclusions and not the conclusions of the doctors/experts. This was absolutely ridiculous!! When a claim was finally approved after much back and forth. They took their own fee out of the reimbursement, leaving me with close to no money being reimbursed. What is the point of being insured when this company is not willing to cover anything. However, they will faithfully take your monthly charge for your policy!!! Would not recommend AT ALL!

Seems to be a joke
Bought puppy and bought insurance. Went for 1st exam and vet heard heart murmur. In Dec. Hope he would out grow it went to get echocardiogram in Feb. Was told i would get zero help due to not waiting another month or jan to get heart checked. Lol i know they in business to male money. But i think hearing heart murmur that a pup can grow out of and waiting more than the 30day waiting period to confirm if there is a heart issue and be told wont cover seems to he a joke. Plus there was zero follow up like i was told. I had to wait and wait and finally call to hear they woupdnt cover. Now this also after i was told in jan that by waiting till 3rd week of Feb that this woupd be covered and i should renew the policy which i did. So seems they tell you what you want to hear to sell a policy till you need to file claim. Canceling policy asap and buyer beware
