This insurance has been very helpful and comforting with our dog. Claims and pre- approvals are fast. You can upload invoices on your online app. We always get a live person quick when we call. I recommend if you are looking for pet insurance you go with this company. Just make sure you choose a plan with a low deductible if possible.

My bulldog Molly was just diagnosed with a mass cell tumor. I was nervous to ask Truepanion if she would be covered because she’s already had three expensive surgeries unrelated to this. But when I spoke to Sonja she assured me that Trupanion wants to pay and help Molly have her surgery so she can get better and continue to live a good long life. She showed such genuine empathy and concern. And reassured me she and the others working there actually rejoice when they pay medical expenses and help peoples pets get better. Model company.

Unlike any other insurance experience
I've always been skeptical of insurance companies but Healthy Paws has been a game changer. They've covered all of the treatments, tests as explained in the policy and when it came to a life-threatening emergency, they also came through. I was nervous that they would claim it wasn't covered because the bill was so high, but that wasn't the case. After that experience, we'll be insuring all of our future pets with healthy paws.
