Remembering Larry
Trupanion was very cordial and sorry to hear that Larry had passed. The Lady that I had to talk to about Larry’s death was very sad to see how his death was affecting me. I was very thankful for her handling the cancellation of his policy and offering a partial refund for the unused portion of the policy without my asking for it. She’s the type of employee that makes you glad to have been associated with for almost 12 years. I will definitely refer Trupanion to all my friends and when we are ready to adopt again I will definitely call for another policy. Thanks for the sympathy letter. It shows that you care.

This was our first claim and it was paid quickly.
This was our first claim, and it was paid quickly...but I was very disappointed that the office visit was not included in the 90% coverage. I also think the $300 deductible was high considering we have never had one claim in 5 years!
