I have been with Trupanion for about 4 1/2 years now and could not be anymore happier with them. Their prompt response on claims is second to none. I and my precious dogs are so fortunate to have them and their support for our coverage. Thank you Trupanion!

We have had Healthy Paws insurance for many years. All claims have been processed quickly and easily. We recently had a major claim when our vet diagnosed a major problem in Mosses eye which required emergency surgery by a pet vision specialist. The bill for the surgery and follow up was in the thousands of dollars range. Healthy paws immediately paid the claim with no questions.

Great experience with Trupanion
My 4 month old puppy got very ill and was hospitalized for a total of 3 nights. This was very stressful and as you can imagine, the vet bills started to rack up. Submitting the claims was extremely easy. After submitting my first invoice, I needed to contact customer service (for an issue on my end) and I recieved support immediately and my issue was resolved within minutes by a very kind and helpful customer service representative. Before all my claims were approved, I calculated how much I thought should be approved and was relieved when I got notice of approval and it worked out to be what I calculated. Nothing is hidden, everything that is covered and not covered is very transparent. I am very thankful for Trupanion for giving me peace of mind that I will be able to get my sweet puppy the medical care she needs without the need to worry about finances. I love that I could adjust the premium/deductible to find what worked for me and the fact that I can increase my deductible and lower my premium at a later time if I find the premiums difficult to manage. Also, I love the fact that the premiums will not go up as she ages and will only go up due to inflation. If you are thinking of getting a puppy, I recommend you consider going with Trupanion. Get it before any health conditions arise so that there are no pre-existing conditions and everything is covered.

The Lemonade team is amazing! They answered all our questions, worked with the vets office to obtain documentation, and quickly processed claims (like 1-2 business days tops). I wish human health care companies were as easy to work with. Shout out to the person(s) who thought to include the cute animal gif in emails. It really makes me smile.

At first Sonnet was great
At first Sonnet was great. We own multiple rental properties and everything worked great. Today I received an email saying that they can't renew one of my policies and in chatting with Bret online this morning I was told that the can't tell me whether or not they will renew my other policies as well. I was told that the underwriters simply chose to not renew the policy. This if fine but they wouldn't tell me why and more importantly they wouldn't tell me if my other policies will be renewed either (all at different dates in the future). Unfortunately this means moving all of our policies out of Sonnet now because I wasn't permitted to speak with someone. I asked Bret a number of times to speak to someone and was simply given standard lines of that isn't possible. It is Sonnet's choice on whether or not to renew rental polices but as a purchaser I would expect some courtesy to tell me if they are simply getting out of this type of insurance or not. That helps me decide what to do. It was a great interface and experience, just not respectful unfortunately of basic questions and when you do want to speak with someone you're not able to (unless you're buying a policy).
