Takes Forever….
I had used Pets Best with my previous dog for 10 years. I was extremely pleased. I am using it now with another dog for 5 months now and my experience is just so so. Claims take 6 weeks minimum for anything non routine. They have had medical records for > a month and it still says “ reviewing”. They are beyond SLOW in processing claims. I contacted my vet to confirm requested medical records sent 5 weeks prior. My Medicare is faster!! I would probably shop around if I were to start over again.

Very grateful for Pets Best insurance…
Very grateful for Pets Best insurance for our dogs. Our oldest dog had an ACL injury and we were willing to do anything for her to give her the best life. We found a veterinarian hospital that was willing to take care of our ole girl, and Pets Best insurance worked with the hospital and myself to get these claims processed. Our dog’s surgery was almost $5000 and our insurance covered over $4000 of it. I don’t know what we would have done if we didn’t have insurance we didn’t trust.

Great experience, very straightforward
I had a great experience with Pets Best, my dog had to have emergency surgery after eating a toy that got stuck inside, and Pets Best was very straightforward to use. I got my refund back (minus the deductible and coinsurance) in just two weeks!

I have my dog Ben insured with Healthy Paws
I have my dog Ben insured with Healthy Paws. I was looking for an insurance co for my dog I reviewed all and found Healthy Paws was the best. I have had them for many years now. They are caring if you on the phone they take an interest in your question. I have submitted many claims for Ben. The are going to review and pay your claim in about 5 days. I have never had a claim denied. Ben needed emergency surgery. He needed throat surgery. But he had pneumonia on top of that. He remained in the hospital for 6 days. The stay was very expensive and Healthy Paws lived up to my expectations with paying my claim and doing so in a very timely manner. Great insurance CO. i find no better company.. Ben and CAROLE

they go out of there way to not help you
I signed up for insurance, waited 3 weeks for it to kick in, after it did and I brought my cats in they took multiple weeks to “review my case” then ultimately didn’t because they called my vet and said my animals must’ve been sick before. Pretty much they will go out of there will to not pay/help you at any costs. Waiting multiple weeks while paying 2 months insurance to find out they’re actually useless. Don’t get scammed by these guys. Ps they literally had sinus infections something small, imagine if your animal really got hurt! I told them my cats were sick while signing up and they didn’t say anything. Can’t stress enough how money hungry these losers are.
