My claim was not handled properly
My claim was not handled properly I got robbed by first on site Nothing was destroyed in our unit by a fire 3 doors down but was supposedly contaminated by asbestos. first on site came in and told us our stuff was dangerous for us to touch so they took every little thing we owned and got rid of it. If I ever get the money for someone to look into this I will. I feel I’ve been put in a corner with no way out. What happened to all our belongings $80,000. Worth I know some was unclean able. Me and my family feel we were taken advantage of I really wish you were more helpful at the time we had no idea of our rights. First on site should be under investigation for fraud they literally robbed us in front of our eyes the agent let this all happen and an engineer was called in to investigate and found out they didn’t do anything that they charge for. And the contamination was only in one room not the entire house so why did we lose everything I wish I had a lawyer. Things would have been a lot different we would not have lost our entire lives in one day.

I needed to get insurance for my truck on the weekend and I was able to do the online part but couldn’t print anything off or talk to anyone which was frustrating since I was able to do it online. I think there needs to be a message that lets you know before proceeding down the path of doing it all. Also having issues switching over payment methods from my CC to my bank account.

Things started out well until they billed an old credit card and then cancelled the policy. When they said they would reinstate the policy, nothing happened. You cannot change our payment method, only add more cards hoping they will use the correct one. They don't have direct deposit yet regardless that you fill out the form when you sign up. There is no customer service on weekends right now which if you have a questions and work during normal working hours, you are left hanging. They aren't the most expensive and aren't the least expensive, but the limited number of customer service reps they have aren't enough. Although they are very nice on the phone, but have no follow-through. They need to get better organized to handle the expectations of experienced pet owners and be able to compete in a very populated pet insurance market with savvy pet owners.

Was awesome to deal with getting a quote for my 3 new kittens. Explained different plans so I could choose the best on suited for me. I chose this insurance for my pets based on the knowledge of customer service and the price on the plan I got. Would recommend to anyone that wants or needs pet insurance 😻😻😻

Money Wasted
I will pay approximately $200 annually for a wellness coverage that on my initial vist for a new dog it was $291. It covered $150. Reimbursement was prompt. So now with insurance my net payout for my $291 annually wellness visit will be $341. Average annual vist after this is about $175 with $89-95 recovery. You do the math. Needless to say. My last year for enrollment.
