Avoid this company at all costs
This "insurance" has been the worst I have ever experienced in my life. They double charged me for my one dog for 3 months, upon calling to get it corrected, it was near impossible to reach someone. Fast forward a year later, I am trying to cancel my services because they increased my monthly fee by $30 without any indication or explanation as to why. They have told me they will refund me the month of services that were charged that I never used, but instead of receiving said refund they have charged me for another month of service!!! The company legitamtly comes across as a scam, and has cost me far more money then has ever been returned. I now need to cancel my credit card in order to stop payments from continuing to come out. Because even on the app, it says my policy is canceled. Yet I can't remove my credit card and they keep charging. Absolutely terrible company. I would highly highly advice against even looking into this company.

A scam
They do not want to help cover your pet. They always find a way to not pay the 90% and leave you with a minimal amount of coverage about 20%. Also they pretend to not receive emails day of surgery so they don’t have to pay directly. Too many loop holes and the people on the phone are snide. They don’t care about your pet. Phony
