Claim not processed after 3 months and…
Claim not processed after 3 months and three phone calls. Received different responces from three different people I spoke with. Was not even trying to get a refund. It was my first claim and I only wanted my vet bill to be applied to deductible. Will definitely be canceling from these shysters!!

Increasing annual fees
Is my first insurer, 2 years without any accidents or claims. However the annual fee still increases dramatically. They said it was due to cost，expenses or whatever. Understanding but not acceptable, especially when you never claim anything from them.

Super quick and easy!
Had to take my pup in for a routine heartworm test. Submitted a claim within 24 hours and within minutes it had been processed and refund was issued. I couldn’t be more impressed!

Okay with some room for improvement
The online claim submission portal wouldn't submit despite all requirements met and had to email the claim form in after printing it out and writing the details in. The reimbursement time is lengthy - was told 6-9 weeks after claim submission. So far this is only time ever purchased pet insurance I can say this is definitely the least accommodating of all my policies (renter's car and auto maintenance, others). This seems to be typical among these pet insurance agencies upon researching the options.
