It took several attempts to complete the application, each time I moved to prior page, I had to complete the page I’d already completed again and again and again. I have no experience yet with the company, my policy or coverage or customer service.

I’m recently a new customer and my dogs…
I’m recently a new customer and my dogs are very healthy and otherwise, low maintenance. However, My puppy got very sick with for an unknown reason and spot was quick to review the records and reimburse. I always say you never know how insurance is until you have to use it. I was very pleased with the whole process. It was easy to submit a claim, and I had a quick reimbursement.

My dogs policy lapsed by accident and instead of letting me reinstate her policy you made me purchase a new policy that’s costing me around $60 more a month. I’ve never had a single issue with you until now. I’ll think twice before recommending you in the future.

I have sent 4 emails to Pumpkin asking for information about medical records. 11/16, 11/27, 12/6, 12/12/2025 I have not heard ANYTHING from them. I'm concerned..if they don't respond to a simple email, what would happen if I had a claim??
