They used to be great
They used to be great, not anymore. I’ve been with them for 2 years. My dog just turned 10 and they raised by membership from $73 to $98 a month. I pay extra for the wellness visits coverage and they’re refusing to even cover that right now. She just had her yearly senior check and it cost me $370. They only reimbursed me around $100. So I’m paying almost $1,200 a yr to be screwed up by this company. Forget about calling them. I’ve been on hold for 45 mins straight. I’m ready to cancel my policy.

I was totally frustrated and ready to cancel Gracie’s pet insurance policy. That is until I had spoken to Adam. He spoke to me in a clear , comforting easy to listen to voice and explained everything on filing a claim to me. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I understood how to file a claim and how Fetch ins. Works. Adam had calmed me down. So instead of canceling my pet ins., I am staying with you. Very convenient with cheaper rates, sign-up easily completed online without going back and forth with someone several times, quick and efficient, email responses from customer service are completed quickly. Wish I would have switched sooner!

Bad customer service …
It is impossible to get help on the phone they work there at around your question for hours and then say they’ll call you back and never do! Terrible customer service! The sonnet website sucks! I have 2 vehicles insured and all of a sudden 1 disappeared off of my policy and they won’t get back to me with a solution!

Clear, easy, and comprehensive!
Very easy to purchase the insurance, and ManyPets made it very clear what we were and weren't getting with our plan. We opted for the more comprehensive coverage along with the wellness plan, and it seems like good value. Clarity is kindness, and I feel confident that we're covered if we need it.
