Absolutely love sonnet!!
Absolutely love sonnet!!! Originally heard about them while watching Toronto Blue Jays games, and being a huge Jays fan, it made it easy to want to switch. I found it very easy to get a quote. If I had any questions I was able to chat to someone online (very helpful). My quote was significantly lower than my (at the time) current agent Johnson, she didn’t believe me that they could be undercut so bad and I was told that “I find that hard to believe, but if you can get it cheaper than what we’re offering I suggest you get it.” So, I did. I have never looked back. When my insurance was set to renew this pst year, I fully expected an big increase much like everyone else, but my fears were put at ease when I seen my new policy. It actually dropped a dollar or two! I’ve been very vocal about your company, though social media and in person, so I hope you’ve seen a much deserved increase in business. Keep up the great work!

Watch the deductible and what they don't cover
I have had Trupanion insurance for years and not had to use it. My dog went to the ER and racked up $450 in fees. I have a $300 deductible so was expecting $150 from Trupanion. They came back and said they would not cover the $120 "Exam fee" so only got $30 from them. Not sure why "Exam fees" are not covered as they are always going to be charged in case of Emergency. So my true deductible was $420. Kind of a rip off.

Good experience so far!
Had some reservations about signing up and using an online insurance company but I've had no issues so far! The cost saving has been worth it and I've told others about Sonnet.

It looks good, until you have a claim!
I've been a customer of sonnet for the past 5 years, never had an accident or a fine before, I had an accident from almost one month, and it wasn't my fault (sonnet confirmed that I'm 0% at fault), yet they didn't take any action yet, I don't know if they will repair my car or write it off, nor the value of the car, and then the big surprise they don't want to cover the rental for more than a month, their assigned out-sourced adviser doesn't reply my emails or answer/return my phone calls, and sonnet just does nothing about that, I called sonnet twice complaining about about the delay and lack of communication with the Adviser but in vain, really frustrating...
